The restaurant I bought a gift card for is no longer open for business?
The restaurant assumes full responsibility to fulfill the full value of the gift certificate. Newsday and newsday.com is not responsible for fulfilling or replacing the gift certificate value for any restaurant that is no longer in business.
When do the restaurant certificates go on sale?
Each week, new restaurant certificates go on sale at 9am EST on Friday morning. Those certificates will be available for purchase until they are all sold.
How do I pay for my certificate?

It is 9am on Friday, why can't I see the certificates on sale?
Please refresh your browser as a first step. Click on the "More Info" button and you should see a "Buy Now" button or a "Sorry, this certificate is Sold Out." If you are still having technical difficulty, please click here.
How long will it take to get the certificates?
It takes 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase to receive the certificate.

Unfortunately, all Newsday.com dining deal certificates must be mailed to the address on record for the transaction.
